The first-time voters in Hyderabad were excited to cast their votes in the Assembly elections. They patiently stood in long queues to exercise their right to vote. Some first-time voters took to the streets with placards to encourage others to vote.

Before voting, the first-time voters wanted to know about their candidates so they could make an informed choice. After voting, many of them shared pictures and videos on social media, considering it their civic duty. They felt empowered and proud to contribute to shaping the future of the state.

One 19-year-old college student, Gayathri Reddy, voted for proper development in all sectors, especially education. Another first-time voter, Anitha Chowdary, was nervous but interacted with her neighbors to make her choice. Anushka Sarkar, a 21-year-old college student, found the election scenario interesting and voting for the first time was a unique feeling for her.
