Adilabad – Police from Talamadugu station arrested five men on Sunday night for their involvement in illegal gambling in the Kajjarla area.
Officers acted quickly after receiving a tip-off. They caught the suspects during the alleged gambling activity.
The arrested individuals are Vadlagattu Manohar, Ravi Prasad, and Kallem Sridhar, all from Adilabad; Meka Sai Kumar from Nirmal; and Ashok Reddy, a resident of Kajjarla.
Police seized ₹19,210 in cash and two motorcycles from the scene.
A case has been filed, and the investigation is currently underway to uncover more details.
