Hyderabad witnessed a tragic fire near Gulzar Houz, close to the historic Charminar, resulting in the death of 17 people.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi shared his deep sorrow over the incident. He offered his condolences to the families who lost their loved ones in the blaze.

To support the affected families, the Prime Minister approved a financial aid of ₹2 lakh for each of the deceased victims’ families.

“Deeply saddened by the fire tragedy in Hyderabad. My thoughts are with the grieving families. I pray for a quick recovery of the injured,” stated the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) in an official post.

Authorities are continuing their investigation to determine the cause of the fire. Emergency services responded quickly, but the intensity of the flames caused significant damage and loss.

This unfortunate event has shaken the local community. Many residents have come forward to offer help and support to the victims’ families.
