Nalgonda: Former Nakrekal MLA Chirumarthi Lingaiah accused officials in his area of unfairly targeting BRS leaders with false reports. He claimed these actions are supported by leaders from the ruling party.
Lingaiah said he called the District Collector 26 times about these issues but received no response. This lack of communication pushed him to attend the Grievance Day program.
On Monday, during the prajavani session, Lingaiah and party members handed petitions to the Collector. He expressed his frustration to the media afterward, criticizing the Collector for not addressing public concerns.
He also alleged that past requests from former Nakrekal Market Committee Chairman Koppula Pradeep Reddy and former Chinnakaparthy Sarpanch Boya Vanishreen were intentionally ignored.
Lingaiah accused officials of producing false reports due to pressure from the ruling party, as part of a political move against Pradeep Reddy. He mentioned that the Panchayat Secretary of Ketepally was suspended because of these misleading reports.
He criticized officials for acting on the ruling party’s orders and noted that despite several petitions during Grievance Day meetings, no action has been taken on local issues.
The former MLA also said authorities demolished buildings on farmland owned by the former Chinnakaparthy Sarpanch and claimed ministers ignore the people’s problems.
Lingaiah concluded by accusing officials of behaving like Congress agents and claimed that homes from the Indiramma Housing Scheme are being allocated only to Congress leaders in the villages.
