GHMC officials have seized Pratima Hospital’s Kacheguda branch in Hyderabad due to unpaid property taxes. This action has caused concern among hospital staff and the public.

Officials took control of all hospital property, including computers, laptops, and furniture. The hospital staff was also asked to leave, which created anxiety among employees.

The seizure happened because the hospital failed to pay property taxes from October 2022 to March 2025. Despite several notices, the hospital did not clear its dues. As a result, GHMC officials put up posters and sealed the hospital’s administrative office.
