Hyderabad: The G. Narayanamma Institute of Technology and Science for Women hosted a successful Sensitization Program for the MSME IDEA Hackathon 5.0 on July 25, 2025. The event aimed to inform students about the hackathon’s advantages and how to apply.
Sri K. C. Choudhury, a retired officer from the Indian Enterprise Development Service and former Assistant Director at the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises in Hyderabad, led the session. He shared insights on innovation and entrepreneurship, providing guidance for effective participation in the hackathon.
Undergraduate and postgraduate students actively engaged in the program, showing great interest in using the MSME platform for their business ideas.
Dr. K. Ramalinga Reddy, Dean of Academics, and Dr. N. Kalyani, Dean of Innovation and Incubation, motivated students to join such initiatives, emphasizing the importance of innovation and their role in the startup ecosystem.
