NagarKurnool: Sankranti, one of the most important festivals for Telugu people, is traditionally celebrated over three days. In Nagarkurnool district, the first day of the festival, known as Bhogi, was observed with great excitement and joy.

On Monday morning, the Bhogi celebrations began early with the lighting of bonfires. Children, adults, and women came together in front of their homes and on the streets to participate in this age-old tradition.
