    Appreciating Hans India for organizing the Hyderabad Run, fitness enthusiasts are encouraging society to incorporate physical activities into their daily routines. The 5K run took place at Gachibowli Stadium in Hyderabad, with participants wearing t-shirts displaying the message ‘Creating Hopes Through Run’. People of all ages joined in the run. Awards will be given to the top three fastest male and female runners.

    One of the runners, Srikanth, shared that this was his third run. He mentioned that many people working in multinational companies lead stressful lives and lack physical activities. Events like this raise awareness about the importance of both physical and mental health. Srikanth added that being physically fit contributes to mental well-being. If he wins the marathon, he plans to donate the prize to a charity organization.

    An elderly person from BHEL who attended the run at Gachibowli Stadium expressed his excitement about witnessing so many people participating in the event. It was his first time taking part in any kind of run.
