T Harish Rao, a senior leader of the BRS party, held a press conference at the Telangana Bhavan party office in Hyderabad. During the conference, he urged Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy to fulfill pre-election promises similar to what Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has done, such as increasing pensions and announcing a job calendar.

Harish Rao criticized the Congress party for failing to deliver on their promises made before the elections. He highlighted that Andhra Pradesh has already increased pensions, while Telangana is still behind in fulfilling its commitments. He emphasized the need for Telangana to follow Andhra Pradesh’s example.

Specifically, Harish Rao questioned the Telangana government about the promised job calendar. He pointed out that the Congress party had advertised filling two lakh jobs in a year, including 25,000 teacher posts through a mega DSC, but only 11,000 posts have been filled so far.
