    Telangana’s Finance Minister, T Harish Rao, stated that the people of Telangana do not trust parties like Congress and BJP because they have experienced communal riots, power shortages, and water problems in their states. He mentioned that the people of Telangana have shown their support for Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao by giving him a self-declaration for a third term.

    During an event at Telangana Bhavan, MRPS leader Y Bhaskar joined the BRS party in the presence of Harish Rao, MP Nama Nageswara Rao, and MLA K Upender Reddy. Harish Rao praised KCR’s decisions for the development of Dalits, which impressed Bhaskar.

    Harish Rao criticized other parties for making empty promises during election time. He specifically called out BJP and Congress leaders for their recent visits to Telangana, stating that Union Minister Amit Shah had no knowledge of the state and was reading from a script. He also mentioned that promises made in Mallikarjun Kharge’s home state of Karnataka were not being fulfilled, which is why Congress lost there.

    Harish Rao emphasized that BRS is a party that turns slogans into reality and is focused on finding solutions. He highlighted some of the achievements of the KCR government, such as providing Rs 20 lakh to Dalits under the ‘Ambedkar Overseas Scholarship’ and establishing over 80 women’s degree colleges. He also praised KCR for naming the secretariat after Ambedkar and erecting a 125 feet statue of him in the city.
