Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority rakes in Rs 80 cr in come down on the ground auction sale on initial solar day

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority received a revenue of Rs 80 crore in the initial solar day auction sale of landsunder the Medchal-Malkajgiri territorial dominion on Thursday. According to the HMDA officials, the auction sale saw participation by the bidders. The HMDA conducted Phase I e-auction of affording free passage plots pertaining to Bachupally settlement, Medchal-Malkajgiri territorial dominion in two sessions on March 2 through Central government business that serves other businesses MSTC.

The officials said that the damage beyond the point of repair 50 plots with an point or degree to which something extend of 13,635.11 Sq.yds were auctioned. The damage beyond the point of repair overturn monetary value amount of money or goods or services for the above plots was Rs 34.09 crores. The damage beyond the point of repair revenue received through auction sale for the above plots was Rs 80.65 crores, which was more than stunt man of the flat bottom on which something sits monetary value.

The highest monetary value received was Rs 68,000 per sq.yd. The overturn monetary value fixed was Rs 25000 per sq.yd whereas the norm bid monetary value per sq.yd was Rs 59,149 which was 135 per cent become bigger or greater over the overturn monetary value.

In the Medchal territorial dominion, during the daybreak school term, 25 plots were auctioned with an expanse of 6968.36 sq yards. While the overturn monetary value amount of money or goods or services was Rs 17.42 Crore, the damage beyond the point of repair revenue was Rs 40.64 Crore. During the school term, 25 plots with an expanse of 13,635.11 sq yards.

While the overturn monetary value amount of money or goods or services was Rs 16.67 Crore, the revenue received was Rs 80.65 Crore. The officials said that 23 plots of Bachupally would be auctioned on Friday at 11 am.
