Hyderabad police organize Dawat-e-Iftar

The Hyderabad City Police organized a special ‘Dawat-e-Iftar’ at Chow Mohalla Palace to celebrate the holy month of Ramadan. The event brought together around 1,500 fasting devotees from various Muslim families, along with senior officers and politicians.

Ponnam Prabhakar, the Minister of Transport and BC Welfare of Telangana, attended as the chief guest. Telangana DGP Dr. Jitender and Hyderabad Police Commissioner CV Anand were also present. Before breaking their fast, they delivered a welcome speech to the attendees.

The event was also attended by several prominent figures, including Mohammad Ali Shabbir, the SC, ST, and Minority Advisor, as well as MLAs Mir Zulfikar Ali (Charminar), Jafar Hussain Meraj (Yakutpura), and Ahmed Bin Abdullah Balala (Malakpet). Along with them, senior and retired police officers and religious leaders joined in the celebration.
