Hyderabad students have performed well in the recently announced ICSE Class 10 and ISC Class 12 board exams. Many schools across the city reported excellent results, with most of them achieving a perfect 100% pass rate.
Among the top achievers, Himavarsha Penukula from St Joseph’s School, Malakpet scored an impressive 98.6%. Safaa Fathima Khan followed closely with 98.2%, and Mohammed Zeeshan Kamaal earned 97.4%.
This year, the Southern region once again led the ISC (Class 12) results, recording a high pass percentage of 99.76%. The Western region came next with 99.72%. In the ICSE (Class 10) exams, the Western region topped the charts with a 99.83% pass rate, slightly ahead of the Southern region’s 99.73%.
A Sundari, Principal of St Joseph’s School, praised her students for their hard work. “These scores show more than academic success—they reveal the determination and strength our students showed throughout the year,” she said.
Mohiuddin Mohammed, Principal of Nasr School, echoed the sentiment. “Good results are not just about numbers. They highlight our students’ focus, resilience, and their drive to improve,” he added.
The strong results show that students across Hyderabad have not only met academic standards but also demonstrated commitment and growth throughout their studies.
