The Hyderabad Traffic Police have announced multiple traffic diversions in the Nampally area on account of former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s visit to the Nampally ACB Court at 10:30 AM.
Authorities expect a large gathering and moderate traffic congestion in the surrounding areas of Nampally Court. To ensure smooth traffic flow and minimize inconvenience to commuters, the traffic police have planned several route diversions.
Traffic coming from Masab Tank and Alsabha Cafe towards Nampally criminal court will be diverted at Mayrose Cafe towards Dargah-Ek Minar-Taj Islands.
Vehicles approaching from Taj Islands and Dargah to Nampally criminal court will be redirected at Mayrose Cafe towards Bazarghat-Gokulnagar.
Traffic moving from Lakdikapool-Rayalaseema Ruchulu lane-FICCI Building will be diverted at FICCI Marg towards New Himalaya Cafe-Bazarghat.
Commuters traveling from MJ Market to Taj Islands who intend to reach Ek Minar, Dargah, and Nampally criminal court will be diverted at Taj Islands towards Nampally Metro Station-Chapel Road-Assembly Metro Station on a need basis.
Additionally, traffic coming from Masab Tank-Alsabha Cafe-Bazarghat will be diverted at Bazarghat Chowrasta towards Nilofer Cafe lane-Ayodhya Junction-PTI Building.
The traffic police have advised commuters to plan their journeys accordingly and use alternative routes to avoid delays. Motorists are requested to cooperate with traffic personnel deployed at various junctions to manage the flow of vehicles.
The diversions are being implemented to facilitate the smooth movement of the former Chief Minister’s convoy and to manage the expected crowd at the court premises. Traffic personnel will be stationed at key points to guide motorists and ensure public safety during the visit.
Residents and daily commuters in areas including Nampally, Abids, Lakdikapool, and surrounding localities should expect temporary delays and are encouraged to leave early for their destinations or consider public transportation options like the metro to avoid congestion.
