    Hyderabad: Traffic Police Launch Refresher Training Programme

    The Hyderabad traffic police, in partnership with the Sarvejana Foundation, have started a new initiative called the Refresher Traffic Training Programme. This programme was officially launched on Monday.

    The training focuses on several key areas, including traffic management, enforcement of traffic laws, handling the flow of vehicles, responding to road incidents, and raising awareness among the public about road safety. The first session saw the participation of 150 traffic personnel from various ranks. This training programme is set to continue over the next two months.

    P. Viswa Prasad, IPS, the Additional Commissioner of Police (Traffic) in Hyderabad, highlighted the importance of strictly following road rules to keep commuters safe. He praised the hard work of the traffic personnel, recognizing their efforts in managing traffic efficiently and maintaining order on the city’s roads.
