Hyderabad authorities have demolished Prakruti Resorts and Prakruti Convention in Devaryamjal village. The action was taken by the Hyderabad Disaster Response, Assets Monitoring and Protection Agency (HYDRA) on Thursday. These buildings were located in the Full Tank Level (FTL) area of Komati Kunta in Thumkunta Municipality, Medchal-Malkajgiri district.

The demolition happened after HYDRA received several complaints from local residents. People reported that illegal construction was taking place in the restricted FTL area. Acting on these complaints, HYDRA Commissioner AV Ranganath ordered the demolition.

Earlier the same day, HYDRA also carried out another operation to remove unauthorized advertising hoardings across the city. A total of 53 illegal hoardings were taken down. According to HYDRA officials, these advertisements were put up without proper permission.
