Hyderabad, February 24, 2025 – The Hyderabad Road Development Authority and Urban Affairs (HYDRAA) received 46 complaints from citizens during the Prajavani public hearing held on Monday. The complaints primarily focused on encroachments on public spaces, including parks, roads, and land designated for utilities in various colonies.

Encroachments and Road Blockages Highlighted

Residents raised concerns about unauthorized structures and encroachments that are affecting daily life. Many complaints were related to colony welfare association representatives blocking public roads, restricting free movement for residents.

Complainants emphasized the need for strict enforcement of regulations to ensure public spaces remain accessible and are not misused for private purposes.
