India Gate: ‘Wrestlers Restricted from Entering’

The wrestlers who were protesting at Jantar Mantar have been removed by Delhi Police. They are not allowed to protest at India Gate either. The police suggest other places for their protests, like Ramleela Ground and Burari. The wrestlers will need to submit a written request to the DCP if they want to protest. The police will then take a decision. The wrestlers have been protesting against Wrestling Federation of India chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh since April 23. They accuse him of sexually harassing women wrestlers.
