    Nirmal: Former minister Allola Indrakaran accused BJP MLA Eleti Maheshwar Reddy of ordering the destruction of a check dam in Sakera village, Son mandal. This action, he claims, puts the area at risk of flooding.

    The check dam was recently demolished with explosives, causing significant political uproar.

    This event has sparked a heated argument between Indrakaran and MLA Eleti Maheshwar Reddy. Indrakaran visited the site with his supporters on Tuesday. He explained that the check dam was built during the previous BRS government at a cost of about Rs 7 crore based on engineers’ advice.

    Indrakaran accused MLA Eleti Maheshwar Reddy of not realizing the dam’s importance in preventing floods in GNR Colony. He questioned who advised the use of explosives to demolish it.
