    Sphoorthy Engineering College Hosts PRAZASTI-2K25 Tech Fest

    Sphoorthy Engineering College in Nadergul, Hyderabad, organized its much-awaited national-level tech fest, PRAZASTI-2K25, on March 1, 2025. The event was inaugurated by Sri S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, Secretary and Correspondent of the college, along with Dr. Giridhar Akula, the Principal. They marked the beginning of the fest with the traditional lighting of the lamp.

    During the inauguration, Dr. Giridhar Akula welcomed students from various colleges who came to participate. He emphasized that Sphoorthy Engineering College is always eager to provide a platform for students to showcase their technological skills and innovations.

    The fest featured a variety of competitions that tested students’ creativity and technical abilities. Events like IDEATHON encouraged students to present groundbreaking ideas, while “Project Expo” allowed them to showcase their practical projects. “Blind Code” and “Robot Challenge” tested coding and robotics skills, while “Paper Presentation” and “Poster Presentation” provided opportunities for research discussions. Additionally, the “Tech Byte” quiz made learning fun and engaging.

    Students from several prestigious colleges, including Osmania University, Stanley Engineering, AVN Engineering, Bhoj Reddy, Neelgogte, Lord’s Engineering, and MGIT, participated enthusiastically. The judging panel consisted of notable experts such as Dr. Vijay, Dr. Surya Bhupal, and Dr. Mujeeb, who carefully evaluated the participants’ work. Event coordinators and faculty members, including M. Ramesh and Rakesh Reddy, played key roles in organizing the activities successfully.

    The fest concluded with the distribution of cash prizes ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹10,000, rewarding the most talented and innovative participants.

    During the valedictory ceremony, Sri S. Jagan Mohan Reddy expressed his appreciation for the students’ efforts. He highlighted how the event helped them showcase their technical skills and innovative ideas, making it a great learning experience for all attendees.
