The festival will take place at the Parade Grounds from January 13 to January 15. Over 50 professional kite flyers from 21 countries, including Indonesia, Switzerland, Australia, Sri Lanka, Canada, and Thailand, will showcase their skills. Additionally, 60 national flyers from 16 Indian states will participate, filling the skies with massive, vibrant kites.
