The state government plans to discuss the Krishna river water issue and the Medigadda project. There may be a debate between the government and the Leader of Opposition. It is expected that KCR may not participate in the debate and instead, former ministers Harish Rao and KTR will counter the government’s charges.

Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy hopes that the Leader of Opposition will participate in the discussion. If not, he will personally meet with KCR to discuss various issues related to the state. Afterward, the government will take action against those involved in the alleged corruption in the Kaleshwaram project.

Revanth alleges that former CM KCR allowed AP Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy to take water from the Krishna river without considering Telangana’s interests. He also claims that it was the KCR government who handed over the projects to the Krishna River Management Board (KRMB).
