The BRS leaders caused chaos in the Telangana Legislative Council. They are demanding an apology from Chief Minister Revanth Reddy for making inappropriate comments about the council members. The BRS members protested by storming the podium, leading to the Chairman adjourning the meeting for 10 minutes.
The Chairman of the Council has sent a complaint against the Chief Minister to the Assembly Secretary. In addition, BRS MLC Kavitha proposed an adjournment resolution in the council regarding the installation of a statue of Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phule in the Legislative Assembly premises. She wants the assembly to discuss the importance of setting up the statue.
