The Income Tax department is searching the homes of Bhuvanagiri MLA Pailla Shekhar Reddy, Nagar Kurnool MLA Marri Janardhan Reddy and MP Kotha Prabhakar Reddy for the second day in a row. The IT officials believe that these leaders are partners in Mainland Digital Technology. The IT searches are happening at the corporate office in Ameerpet and the JC Brothers showroom. Marri Janadhan Reddy owns businesses like JC Spinning Mills Pvt Ltd, JC Holdings Pvt Ltd and Marri Project Pvt Ltd. The IT department is also searching Marri’s Kothur Pipe Company.
The Income Tax department is focusing on Pailla’s projects and the companies where leaders’ wives and family members are directors. IT officers have collected important documents and information during their raids.
