The first full budget session of the Telangana State Assembly will start on July 24. The main agenda will include launching Rythu Bharosa, finalizing the Telangana Talli statue, and announcing new schemes. The Congress government is working on budget allocations and discussing with various departments.

The budget session is expected to last about eight working days. Discussions will cover topics like power, irrigation, education, and health services in the state. Bills like the Private Universities Bill will be introduced. Assembly Speaker G Prasad and Council Chairman G Sukhendar Reddy met with Chief Secretary Santhi Kumari and DGP Jitender to ensure a smooth session.

Increased activities from student unions have prompted heightened security around the Assembly premises. Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy will present information on implementing guarantees, financial requirements, and challenges in funding promises made during elections.
