Opposing the decision of the State government to train RMPs and PMPs, the Telangana Junior Doctors Association protested by wearing black badges on Thursday. They are disappointed with the lack of response from the authorities regarding their official statement against training ‘quacks’ in the healthcare system. In order to ensure patient safety and quality of care, they have decided to escalate their protest. The training of quacks poses a significant threat to the healthcare standards and undermines the integrity of the medical profession.
