A new luxury development is set to redefine Hyderabad’s skyline as Pooja Crafted Homes (PCH) unveils plans for the city’s first-ever luxury hotel and branded residences. Located on a hilltop in Rajendranagar, the project offers stunning views of Himayatsagar Lake and excellent connectivity to the Outer Ring Road (ORR).

While PCH has not officially confirmed JW Marriott as the hospitality partner, recent renders and social media posts suggest the involvement of Marriott’s luxury brand. If finalized, this would mark JW Marriott’s first branded residences in Hyderabad, setting a new benchmark for premium real estate in the city.
