BRS MLC K Kavitha’s judicial remand has been extended until June 3. The Delhi Court decided to keep her in custody after hearing arguments from the ED and CBI regarding the Delhi liquor scam. Kavitha participated in the court proceedings through a video conference from Tihar jail.

The court extended Kavitha’s judicial remand in the CBI case while the investigation into the new charge sheet filed by the ED was ongoing. The court is expected to review the matter related to the fresh charge sheet soon.
