BRS party chief K Chandrasekhar Rao criticized CM Revanth Reddy about Rythu Bandhu assistance during a public meeting in Veenavanka, Karimnagar district. He questioned whether farmers will receive Rythu Bandhu during sowing, harvest, or grain weighing. Rao expressed concern about industries leaving the state and mentioned efforts to attract investments in IT and other sectors.
He claimed that Telangana used to receive significant investments that even made PM Narendra Modi jealous. Rao lamented the loss of a company with a Rs 1,000 crore investment to Tamil Nadu and criticized power cuts affecting the aluminium and plastic industry. He emphasized the need to protect the state’s interests and promised a comeback of the BRS government in future elections.
Rao urged people to question why Chief Minister Revanth Reddy wasn’t challenging PM Modi’s plans to divert the state’s water to neighboring states. He called for supporting BRS party candidates in upcoming elections to counter the BJP and Congress parties.
