    Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao praised Chityala Ilamma’s bravery and dynamism during the Telangana Armed Struggle, stating that she serves as an inspiration to today’s generation. He commemorated her sacrifices and fighting spirit on her birth anniversary. KCR recognized Ilamma as a democratic activist who fought legal battles for her rights and regarded her as a symbol of self-respect for the backward communities.

    The Chief Minister emphasized that Ilamma’s inspiration is reflected in the progress and development of Telangana. To honor her sacrifices, the state government officially celebrates her birth and death anniversary. KCR highlighted the government’s commitment to the welfare of the people and its role as a model for the country. Various schemes have already been implemented for the development and well-being of women, BCs, and MBCs.
