Kishan Reddy Inspects Swapnalok Fire Accident Site in Telangana and Calls for Culprit Punishment

On Sunday, Union Minister for Tourism Kishan Reddy visited the site of the recent fire incident at the Secunderabad Swapnalok complex. Expressing his condolences for the unfortunate incident, Reddy emphasized the need for strict action to be taken against those responsible for such accidents. He also stressed the importance of monitoring commercial complexes located between residential areas to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.

Reddy expressed his disappointment at the lack of minimum facilities to prevent accidents and urged the state government to increase staffing and the number of centers in the fire department. He also called for the provision of modern equipment to the fire department to aid in their efforts.

Meanwhile, a team of JNTU experts, Professors DN Kumar and Srilakshmi, inspected the Swapnalok complex on Sunday. The team examined the quality standards of the building and provided their findings.

The fire incident at the Swapnalok complex resulted in the tragic death of six individuals, identified by police as Pramila, Vennela, Shravani, Triveni, Shiva, and Prashant.
