The National Service Scheme (NSS) unit of KLH Bachupally campus recently organized a series of community welfare events at Zilla Parishad High Schools (ZPHS) in Bowrampet and Bachupally. These events were held to celebrate Rashtriya Ekta Diwas, which honors the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.

The activities began with a unity pledge, where over 200 school students participated. This pledge was meant to promote national unity and a sense of togetherness among the young students. After the pledge, the Child Personal Hygiene Program was conducted. In this session, KLH volunteers taught students about the importance of personal hygiene and health. Both KLH and school students actively participated in this interactive session.

This activity raised awareness about the environment and encouraged students to take responsibility for keeping their communities clean. The event concluded with a First Aid Training session, where certified trainers demonstrated how to handle emergencies, giving students valuable skills and confidence.
