Revanth Reddy, the leader of Congress in Telangana, met with Komatireddy Venkat Reddy at his home to discuss the current situation in the party, particularly regarding the recent joining of Pongulati and Jupalli. Afterward, they spoke to the media and said that they had no differences and would work together to bring Congress into power in Telangana. They plan to visit Ponguleti’s and Jupalli’s residences later.

Revanth Reddy also went to Jupally Krishna Rao’s house to talk about joining Congress. Senior leader Komatireddy Venkat Reddy joined the talks. Revanth Reddy will meet with Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy and MLAs close to him in the joint Khammam district as well.

There were speculations that Ponguleti and Jupalli would join the BJP after being expelled from BRS, but it seems that they are leaning towards Congress instead. Eatala Rajender, a BJP leader, held talks with them, but Ponguleti seems to be more interested in Congress. Jupalli has been in the Congress party for a long time and is reportedly interested in joining them along with Ponguleti.
