The ruling BRS party in Warangal has been criticized by Konda Muralidhar Rao and Surekha, who say that they should not seek another mandate. Murali questioned the BRS leaders about their development work in the Warangal East constituency. He mentioned the flooding problem in several colonies and the poor condition of drains and roads. He also criticized the sitting MLA for not addressing unemployment and failing to bring industries to the city.
Konda Surekha accused the MLA of influencing the selection of beneficiaries for various schemes and alleged that he uses violence against his opponents. She stated that the people in the constituency have already decided to remove the BRS from power. Surekha encouraged party workers to expose the failures of the ruling party and promote the proposed ‘Six Guarantees’ by the Congress.
