The Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister of Telangana, KT Rama Rao, spoke about administrative reforms introduced by Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao to ensure good governance at all levels in the state. The government reorganized districts, Revenue Divisions, and Mandals as part of this effort. At an orientation programme for newly appointed Ward Officers in the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, KTR said that the CM’s vision for decentralisation was yielding desirable results. Telangana has received the highest number of best Panchayat awards presented by the union government each year.
