Telangana’s IT and Industry, Municipal Administration and Urban Development minister, KT Rama Rao, made some interesting political comments at the launch of a new steel bridge in Hyderabad. He mentioned that the opposition parties, Congress and BJP, have only seen a preview so far, but the government will soon reveal its full plan for development. KTR highlighted the rapid progress in Hyderabad and emphasized that this is just the beginning. The city has ambitious plans for further development in the future, which will leave the opposition parties amazed.

The steel bridge was constructed as part of the Strategic Road Development Project and is the 20th flyover in Hyderabad since Telangana became a separate state. KTR mentioned that the previous government had neglected central Hyderabad in Andhra Pradesh. However, Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has given high priority to developing this area, including the installation of India’s largest Dr BR Ambedkar statue. The government also has plans to improve Indira Park and promote the famous Tank Bund as a world-class tourist spot. The new steel bridge has been named after senior BRS leader and former Home minister N Narasimha Reddy, according to KTR.
