Karimnagar: Burgupelli Venkateswar Rao, a resident of Vavilalapalli, Karimnagar, asked District Collector Pamela Sathpathy for a No-Objection Certificate (NOC) for land he bought in 1980. He holds the land title.
During a meeting called Prajavani on Monday, Rao explained his situation. In 1978, under survey number 954, SRSP acquired 1.15 acres for a dam and 1.24 acres for a road, totaling 2.39 acres. In 1980, Rao purchased the remaining patta land with various documents.
The local tahsildar and Revenue Divisional Officer in Karimnagar surveyed the land, checked records, confirmed Rao’s ownership, and suggested the SRSP officials issue the NOC.
However, SRSP officials have not provided the NOC. Rao stated they are causing unnecessary delays and issues.
