Hyderabad: The PCC urged party members to help people affected by the heavy rains and floods in the region. PCC President B Mahesh Kumar Goud highlighted that many low-lying areas are flooded.
In a statement, the Congress leader called on party members to be present for the public, providing support and comfort to those impacted. He mentioned that residents, especially children, women, and the elderly, are facing significant difficulties. He encouraged party members to actively engage in relief efforts during these challenging times.
The PCC President requested Congress workers to work alongside government teams, including police, municipal, revenue, and disaster response units, to deliver aid. Goud urged them to act as a link between the public and authorities, ensuring timely assistance reaches those in need.
He encouraged party members to volunteer by providing fresh water, milk, and food where needed. He emphasized that it is the duty of party workers to aid and enhance relief operations on the ground.
