    Election Commission Results

    Hyderabad, June 28 (Namaste Telangana): The Central Election Commission has expedited the conduct of state assembly elections. The State Election Department has recently appointed two senior IAS officers. Lokesk Kumar has been appointed as the Chief Election Officer and Sarfaraz Ahmad as the Joint Chief Election Officer of the Excise Department. The Central Election Commission released the results on Wednesday. The state government has been instructed to take necessary action accordingly, informed the Chief Secretary. The team of central election officials visited the state for three days and conducted reviews with the CS, DGP, Revenue Department, and other departments. They provided valuable suggestions regarding election preparations. Now, two more officials have been appointed to the Election Commission.
