    Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy has chosen three senior IAS officers to help develop Greater Hyderabad, including the Musi Riverfront Development Project. SAM Rizvi, the Principal Secretary to Energy, will now serve as the Secretary of Commercial Taxes to improve tax collection and department efficiency. The CM will still oversee the MAUD and Commercial Taxes portfolios.

    Sarfaraz Ahmad, the Joint Chief Electoral Officer, has been appointed as the Metropolitan Commissioner of the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) to focus on development projects within the HMDA limits, particularly around the Regional Ring Road (RRR). Amrapali Katta, Joint Metropolitan Commissioner of HMDA, will now serve as the Commissioner of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) to concentrate on infrastructure development schemes.

    K Ashok Reddy, the Horticulture Director, is now the Managing Director of the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWS&SB). Other IAS officers who were transferred to new positions include Sabyasachi Ghosh, Sanjay Kumar, A Vani Prasad, Shailaja Ramaiyer, Ahmad Nadeem, Sandeep Kumar Sultania, and C Sudharshan Reddy.

    These changes aim to streamline administration and fulfill election promises for the development of Greater Hyderabad. Each officer has been given specific tasks to contribute to the growth and improvement of the region.
