    Hyderabad: BRS MLA Ch Malla Reddy met BRS Chief K Chandrashekar Rao on Friday and confirmed that he will not be leaving the party. He also mentioned that his family members will not be contesting in the Lok Sabha election.

    The meeting between the two leaders came after reports surfaced that Malla Reddy had met with the Chief Minister’s advisor, Vem Narender Reddy. They discussed various issues, including the demolition of structures in the college of Malkajgiri MLA Marri Rajashekar Reddy.

    There were rumors that Malla Reddy was considering joining the Congress party to secure a ticket for his son in the Malkajgiri Lok Sabha constituency. However, Malla Reddy made it clear to KCR that he is committed to the BRS party and has no plans to switch parties. He assured KCR of his loyalty and stated that his family is not interested in the MP seat.

    Malla Reddy visited KCR’s residence with his son to convey his decision to remain with the BRS party. He suggested to KCR to consider someone else for the Malkajgiri MP seat.
