AICC chief Mallikarjun Kharge has arrived in Hyderabad. He landed at Begumpet Airport on a special flight. Today, he will be releasing the Congress party Manifesto. Later in the evening, he will be addressing a public meeting in Quthbullapur. The manifesto will be released at 12.30 PM instead of the earlier planned time of 11 AM.
