Hyderabad: A startling incident occurred at Chanchalguda Central Jail when a prisoner, Mir Shujath Ali, managed to escape using forged bail documents. Ali had been remanded in a cheating case but deceived authorities with fake paperwork to secure his release.

The fraud was discovered only after Ali had fled the jail premises. Once the escape came to light, the Dabirpura police immediately began a search operation to track down the absconding prisoner.
