Hyderabad: The Managing Director of HMWSSB, Sudarshan Reddy, had a meeting with senior officials to review various topics such as drinking water supply, tanker management strategy, MCC complaints, and cooling station management in the city.
During the meeting, they also discussed proposals for monsoon planning and suggested using sewer jetting machines to prevent sewage overflow problems. The MD stressed the importance of increasing water supply trips by tanker and promptly addressing MCC complaints.
Immediate action will be taken to resolve any complaints about polluted water. They also proposed increasing the number of chalivendrams and providing drinking water to people at specific times. Officials will conduct daily field visits to address any emerging issues and may conduct surprise inspections in relevant areas.
