Medical College Staff Caught in ACB Investigation

ACB officers caught two employees at the Kothagudem Government Medical College taking a bribe. The employees involved were an administrative officer (AO) named Syed Khalilullah and a junior assistant named D. Sudhakar.

According to ACB DSP Y. Ramesh, the two officials asked for Rs 15 lakh from the owner of an outsourcing agency. They demanded the money to clear the unpaid salary bills of workers at the college. Additionally, they promised to allow 23 workers, who had been previously rejected, to return to work.

The officials were caught accepting the bribe and are now facing legal action.
