Dr Bandi Parthasaradhi Reddy, Chairman of Hetero Group of Companies and Rajya Sabha Member, has donated Rs 1 crore for the flood victims of Munneru river in Khammam. The fund has been transferred to the Collector’s account. While he was in Delhi attending the Monsoon session of Parliament, Parthasaradhi Reddy inquired about the flood situation in Khammam district. He spoke to Collectors VP Gautham and D Priyanka, urging them to increase relief measures and provide more shelters for those displaced by the flood. Previously, he had also arranged essential goods for the flood victims in the district. District Collector VP Gautham expressed gratitude to the MP for his generous contribution in aiding the flood-affected people.
