Hyderabad: Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy has shared his ambitious vision for improving National Highway 65 (NH 65). He revealed plans to expand the highway to six lanes, calling it a dream he is determined to turn into reality. The Minister highlighted that the current traffic congestion on NH 65 is a serious issue, and the proposed expansion would help ease this problem significantly.

In his remarks, the Minister criticized the GMR Group, accusing the company of providing inaccurate data to the government about traffic density on the highway. He emphasized that expanding NH 65 is a crucial step in solving the transportation challenges faced by the region.

Looking ahead, Komatireddy Venkat Reddy announced plans to establish a dry port in the Nalgonda district after the highway expansion is complete. This project aims to boost economic development, enhance connectivity, and position Nalgonda as a major hub for logistics and trade in the region.
