Minister KTR spoke in an interview about the joining of Srinivas Reddy and Jupalli Krishna Rao in the Congress party. He criticized those who are only joining the Congress for the sake of power and not because they believe in the party’s ideology. He clarified that the Congress party is not the first choice for anyone. He stated that those who leave the party, ask for tickets, and seek refuge in other parties are only joining the Congress when they do not get what they want.
He questioned whether those who have joined the BJP and then switched to the Congress have any place in the party. After Harshavardhan Reddy was given a ticket in Kollapur, Jupalli clarified that he is switching parties. It was revealed that Ponguleti is also joining the Congress because he does not have any other options. They questioned whether the Congress is only a second or third choice for them. They said that they are joining the Congress because they have no other direction to go.
They also questioned whether there are any leaders in this country who think that the Congress is a great party and are willing to join it.
