IT and Industries Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu inaugurated the Kalvacharla Gram Panchayat office building in Ramagiri mandal. The project was funded by MGNREGS GP and cost Rs 23 lakh.
During his visit, Sridhar highlighted the need for infrastructure improvement. Sridhar also emphasized the government’s dedication to public welfare. He mentioned the implementation of six guarantees, such as the introduction of free bus facilities for women, which has allowed women to travel without any cost for the past month. The medical services at Rajiv Arogyasri have also been expanded, now covering expenses up to 10 lakhs.
Furthermore, the minister assured that eligible candidates in applications received during the Praja Palana program will be selected fairly and impartially to avoid duplication of benefits.
The event was attended by various officials including Ramagiri tahsildar Ram Chander Rao, DLPO Rambabu, MPP Arelli Devakka Komuraiah Goud, Sarpanch Ganta Padma Venkata Ramana Reddy, Deputy Sarpanch, MPTC Sandeep, Panchayat Secretary Satha Srinivas, and others.
