    Khammam Ministers Visit District for Development Projects

    Telangana Ministers Tummala Nageswara Rao and Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy are visiting Khammam district today to launch and inaugurate several development projects. Their goal is to enhance infrastructure, healthcare, and road connectivity in the region.

    As part of their visit, the ministers will open a new city library at the old municipality premises. They will also lay the foundation stone for an Urban Primary Health Centre at Gandhi Chowk. Additionally, they plan to distribute Kalyana Lakshmi and Shadi Mubarak cheques to beneficiaries at the 37th division and the Tirumalayapalem mandal parishad development office.

    The ministers will inspect the proposed site for the Government Medical College at Ballepalli in Khammam Urban mandal. They will also visit a second proposed site at Raghunathapalem on Wyra Road. Furthermore, they are set to begin the expansion of the Khammam-Papatapalli R&B roads at Kamanchikal village, a project costing ₹17 crore.

    Another major initiative includes strengthening and expanding R&B roads in Pallegudem, located in Khammam Rural mandal. This project is expected to cost ₹55 crore.

    The visit underscores the state government’s commitment to improving infrastructure and public services in Khammam, aiming to provide better connectivity and access to essential facilities for the residents.
